According to  wisdom jobs reviews survey, here are the effective channels for job search. The first in job search is applying for a suitable job opening in your desired filed. The survey mentioned that more than 60% of professionals have found their current job through employee referrals and online job portals.

Employee referrals: Over 35% professionals found employee referral is the right platform to found their next job. Wisdom jobs complaint team found that , networking is the right source of job leads. Companies prefer referral hires that they have highest conversion rate, job satisfaction and stay longer in the company. The survey mentioned that a typical professional will have nearly 150 contacts including family, friends, ex-colleagues, clients, vendors etc. These connections will lead to networking to look for new job openings.
Job portals: Wisdom jobs reviews study, nearly 27% professionals found jobs through these job portals. Online job portals offer huge access to job openings across industries, functions, levels and geographies at a single click away. Advanced search options help you to find jobs based on the keyword entered and make it easier to find, browse and narrow in on relevant vacancies. Job portals continue to stay an important channel in job search.
Recruitment agencies: Recruitment firm is another source to find the right job. Recruitment firms work on client requirements to find suitable candidates for the job opening. Companies approach recruitment firms for high quality and quantity requirements.
Direct application: Direct application is another channel for applying jobs. Direct application involves cold-calling, email, website etc. But the survey mentioned that only 10% professionals have successfully landed a job through these approaches. For entry level jobs, walk-in, job fairs and campus hiring have still shown good results.

Social media:
 Experts predict that social media going to lead future recruitment as currently 5% companies are using social media. Companies are realizing the potential of social media as a cost-effective and efficient source of quality hires.
